We deliver most items Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm.

Products may be sent out from multiple locations and, therefore, may arrive separately, but you won’t incur additional delivery charges as a result.

Due to the VCR Act on mail order laws, we now have a comprehensive network of agents throughout the UK enabling us to deliver your rifle almost to your door for you to collect at your convenience.

This is a service provided as a favour by your local gun shop for which they make a nominal standard charge of approx £25 - this is payable upon collection of your rifle. Our delivery charge is just £25.00.

*Delivery down to the courier is out of our control if late

What if I need to reschedule a delivery?

If you would like to reschedule your delivery time, please contact our Customer Services department (Suffolk Air Rifles 01473834042)  between 9am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday or contact us using our contact form.

How do I track my order?

To track your delivery or check the status of your order, please get in touch with our Customer Service department using our contact form or call us (Birds Tackle 01473830683) between 9am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday, and one of our Sales Team will provide you with a full update.

What if my order arrives damaged?
In the unlikely event that your order arrives in an unsuitable condition, please get in touch with us immediately. If the damage has been caused in transit, we will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

Do you deliver products outside the United Kingdom?

No, our delivery service is limited to Mainland UK.

Please note Northern Ireland, Eire, Scottish Offshore, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, and Isle of Man would acquire extra delivery costs

Can I order from and collect from a shop?



If you are unhappy with any item, we will gladly exchange unsuitable or unwanted products as long as they have not been used and are returned to us in their original condition and packaging. The goods need to be returned within seven working days. Under these circumstances, the return postage will be met by the customer. If we have sent incorrect goods, we will deal with the problem as fast as possible and also refund any additional postal charges incurred by the customer. Should an item develop a fault we will do all we can to rectify the situation in a mutually beneficial manner.
